We are a low cost, direct cremation provider and therefore do not offer viewings or funeral services. In order to keep our costs low, we do not have the facilities to be able to provide a full range of services. If you require a visitation or other similar services, we are happy to recommend a provider that can look after all of your needs.
Unlike many other providers, we have our own facilities to shelter your loved one. They will be brought into our care and remain in our care until we are ready to proceed with the cremation process.
The length of time it takes from when you first let us know a death has occurred until the time cremation is complete can vary depending on how long it takes to finalize paperwork, to receive paperwork from the hospital/doctor, and if there are any delays from the coroner.
We typically estimate a 12-14 day turnaround, should we encounter no delays.
The number of Death Certificates required depends on your loved ones estate. We typically recommend 1-2, but some families may require more if things like property or foreign affairs are involved.
Death Certificates are $27.00 each and if you find you need more than you originally requested, we can print more at the funeral home for up to one year following your loved one's death. Simply call or email us and we will take payment over the phone and mail the additional Death Certificates to you.
Cremated Remains can be mailed to any address in North America for an additional cost of $75.00. We ship them via Canada Post and will provide a tracking number to ensure they arrive safely.
For shipping of cremated remains outside North America, please contact us for a quote.
We do not offer the ability to pre-pay or pre-arrange cremations for yourself or your loved one. There are extra setup costs associated with pre-arrangements and since it is our goal to offer cremations at as low cost as possible, this is not something we offer.
